HC Judge Malik Inayat-ur-Rehman’s Car Attacked by Unknown Gunmen in Gilgit
Gunfire on High Court Judge’s Convoy in Gilgit, Several Injured.
The Interior Minister stated that the incident occurred in the afternoon near the City Hospital, where unknown gunmen opened fire on the vehicle of Senior High Court Judge Malik Inayat-ur-Rehman. Fortunately, the judge remained unharmed.
He clarified that no one will be allowed to disturb the peace in the region, and the terrorists will be crushed. Conspiratorial elements trying to disrupt the harmony of the area will be made an example of.
The Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, Haji Ghulam Ali, and Governor Syed Mehdi Shah strongly condemned the incident.
