IHC Grants NAB Approval to Auction Bahria Town Holdings
The Islamabad High Court has rejected petitions aimed at stopping the auction of Bahria Town properties.
A division bench, headed by Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar, issued a brief order allowing the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to proceed with the auction.
The court rejected all objections raised against the process, clearing the way for NAB to recover assets through the sale.
