PDMA Confirms Low Flood Situation in Indus River

Tarbela and Mangla dams are filled 96 and 65 per cent, respectively.

According to a report by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) on Thursday, the water level at Tarbela Dam is 1546.50 feet, while in Mangla Dam at 1207.65 feet.

There is a low flood in the River Indus at Tarbela, Kalabagh, Chashma and Guddu, while the flow of water in the River Kabul, the River Sutlej, the River Chenab and the River Ravi is normal.

Similarly, the water flow in the rain drains in Koh-i-Suleman and Dera Ghazi Khan divisions is also per routine.

Likewise, the situation is normal in the River Narri in Sibbi division.
